Did not fall in love with your sling? Would like to  make a return? No problem! Here’s how:

30 Day Returns.
When you get your sling, you have 30 days to get it back to us. You tried it but it does not work as anticipated or you don’t love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

FAULTY ITEMS

Uhoh, we’re super sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your sling.
If we sent you an item that isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to put a smile back on you.
You may be required to initially pay for return shipping costs. Reimbursement of the shipping costs will be arranged once we receive the item. If item is out of stock, refund will be made.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive item different from what you selected please contact us immediately for exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND

Postage costs are not refundable and it is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back to us at own expense within 30 days of receipt. Items which are being returned for an exchange or refund must be in the original, unused condition with all packaging.
